As many schools go back to pre-COVID activities and requirements, students must log volunteer hours for school and graduation requirements. We have several safe opportunities to do some good and get your hours — all while helping us assist residents in need.
Sorting New Supplies and Categorizing Inventory
The medical equipment we receive as donations forms the heart of our nonprofit work. Clinics Can Help constantly accepts equipment donations from the community and needs good volunteers to assist our staff in processing it all.
In addition to receiving these donations, our volunteers are crucial to categorizing items for our lending closet. We have many things that come in and out of our warehouse quickly. By categorizing, we can track which clients borrow these items and when they get returned since we often have waiting lists.
Making Medical Packs
Putting together wound care packs is an easy way to assist caregivers. By conveniently packaging these items, we can eliminate steps for them.
We also offer lifesaving face masks and access to hand sanitizer. We need help getting these supplies packaged properly for schools, other nonprofits, and local neighbors.
Assisting with Special Events
The Clinics Can Help Annual Golf Tournament is the highlight of our fundraising calendar. Volunteers are always needed before, during, and after the event to make it a huge success!
