![]() Owen O'Neill President/Executive Director |
While working as a hospice nurse in Palm Beach County, Owen O'Neill regularly met families who wanted to donate medical equipment (wheelchairs, hospital beds and crutches) that their loved ones had used before they had passed away. Seeing how important it was to the families and finding no other agency, Owen formed Clinics Can Help in 2005 as a non-profit agency 501(c)3 to collect and donate surplus medical equipment. Originally, the plan was to support free clinics with the supplies but the need was so great that Clinics Can Help formed it’s own office and warehouse and now supports financially needy patients, clinics, programs and schools in need in Palm Beach County, Florida.. |
